Nose : Candlewax, orange sorbet, lemon sorbet, lemon barley water, barley sugar, Brazil nuts, milk chocolate covered hazelnuts, pistachio nuts, lamb's wool, a trio of biscuits buttered raisin, oat , plus iced coffee and snapdragons
Palate : Waxy mouthfeel, orange sorbet, lemon sorbet, oak table, chilli, paprika, white pepper, clove, star anise, nutmeg and spiced hot chocolate
Finish : Buttered biscuits and lemon curd
