Pot Stilled High Ester 66.2% is a white rum, pure cane juice, extremely tasty like Jamaican rums. This includes a very long fermentation period of 22 days, the addition of sugar cane juice to the dunder (30%) and the low alcohol titration during distillation, give a rum with a high grammage of volatile compounds (congeners) and by definition esters.
