Mana'o is a pure cane rum first press, that is, it is obtained by grinding sugar cane in a single pass. The juice thus harvested is fermented on site before being distilled in Tahiti. This is the 2019 batch and bottled in 2020 after a rest of 6 months in vats and 6 months of slow reduction.

Our tasting notes for White Rum 50° 2019

Nose : Nez assez chaud, où domine des arômes de canne fraiche, de fleurs blanches, de fruits blancs (poire, lychee…).

Palate : En bouche l’attaque est souple et légèrement grasse, la canne est bien présente, les saveurs de fruits blancs et de zeste d’agrume s’expriment également sur un fond qui rappelle les eaux de vies de fruits ou certains sakés coréens.

Finish : Très belle finale marquée par une grande persistance aromatique.
