History & Origins

Selected from the only distillery still active in Trinidad and Tobago, Trinidad Distillers Limited, this cuvée is part of the technical heritage of an island renowned for its spirits of character. The local tradition of rum combines precision distillation and long ageing.

Product Overview

Made from molasses fermented for two days, column distillation precedes an ageing of 16 years in a tropical climate in bourbon barrels, then 9 years in a continental climate with a Cognac Cask Finish. Offered at 56.4%, in 70 cl format, this Single Cask #Rime E4-04 edition limited to 258 bottles will seduce lovers of barrel aging and cutting-edge cuvées.
