A very rare rum from the legendary Caroni distillery, now permanently closed. This rum has a particularly elegant expression, drawing on the finesse of these dry tannins, rather than strong notes of tars.
It is distinguished by a bouquet of cloves, a hint of cinnamon, orange blossoms and floral aromas. The palate starts with an unusual finesse and evolves into spices as well as notes of black liquorice, gentian roots and very roasted coffee.
