The House of Arhumatic has already worked with the frécinette, a small and very tasty banana, as well as the cocoa bean. They have been enhanced in two different macerations, Musa Paradisiaca (Frécinette-Vanille) and Faba Clementina (Roasted Clementine and Roasted Cocoa Beans).

The banana was domesticated about 10,000 years ago when cocoa was revered and used for medicinal purposes and as currency, by the Olmecs, Mayans and Aztecs. Rum appeared at the beginning of the 17th century.

Since the dawn of time, in some tropical climates, banana trees were planted to protect cocoa trees and feed the workers who took care of them. Guadeloupe is one of these fertile lands on which these two plantations are cultivated. It is the same for sugar cane which makes it possible to obtain rum.

It was obvious for La Maison Arhumatic to unite three commodities located on the same island. This maceration is both exotic and pastry, the banana combining perfectly with chocolate and rum.

This new edition was made possible thanks to the meeting between La Maison Arhumatic and Encuentro, a chocolate factory in the Hauts de France. This manufacture, whose values are shared by La Maison Arhumatic, sources and creates products of the highest quality. Cocoa and banana crops have been growing for a long time and are just waiting to marry.

From this alliance was born CRIOLLO, a tribute to this magnificent island that is Guadeloupe.

The Fruit

Sol Dulcis is the very sweet combination of three fruits that complement each other and give off a fine scent of exoticism. It is a careful selection of these fruits that gives this sweet balance to maceration. Each fruit is delicately selected, at optimal ripeness, especially for mangoes, then peeled and cut by hand with infinite care.
