Mount Gay Coffey Still is a historic milestone for the oldest rum distillery in the world. Distilled in a restored copper column still, it celebrates Barbadian heritage and the rich tradition of continuous distillation. This still, one of only three operational Coffey Stills in the world, has been rehabilitated thanks to the expertise of Reynold Hinds, nicknamed "Blues", a master distiller who has dedicated more than 50 years to Mount Gay. In 2019, the still was refurbished, allowing this limited edition to be produced as a tribute to his unparalleled craftsmanship.

Mount Gay Coffey Still is made from Barbados molasses and aged for 4 years in heavily charred Bourbon casks. Unchill-filtered, it retains a rich aromatic palette and a natural golden color. On the palate, this rum offers notes of pear, vanilla, nutmeg with touches of leather, followed by flavors of grapefruit, oak, honey and cinnamon. This floral and round rum reveals its aromas in layers, offering a complex and refined taste experience.

Mount Gay Coffey Still is a rum to be enjoyed neat for the best experience. Its nose reveals delicate aromas of pear, vanilla and nutmeg, with subtle accents of leather.
