Mount Gay - Black Barrel Double Casks Blend benefits from aging in two stages: first in American whiskey barrels, then in heavily toasted bourbon casks. This process enhances its intensity, developing a fuller-bodied profile and a beautiful complexity, with a structured and persistent texture.

Rich and balanced flavour profile

The nose reveals buttery and woody notes, accompanied by dried fruits, spices, gingerbread, lychee and caramel. On the palate, the balance is marked by a certain controlled dryness, with a pleasant length that underlines the assertive character of this rum. Ideal for pure tasting or in elaborate cocktails .
