Old Brothers FWI Barbados Rum
The two mythical distilleries of Barbados are united in this blend signed Old Brother. The share in port still is 40% and 60% in column. Foursquare rum totals 3 years of tropical aging and 5 years for the West Indies, also in the distillery's cellars overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Bottled in the traditional and very refined 50cl Old Brother bottle.
Our tasting notes for FWI Barbados Rum
Nose : Porté par de fines notes de solvant, il s’ouvre rapidement sur une explosion de noix de coco fraîche ainsi que des notes très gourmandes de crème anglaise, d’avocat et de nougat glacé
Palate : Quelle friandise !!! Il est fidèle au terroir de la Barbade avec des notes de noix de coco, de vanille et de jolies notes de fruits confits rappelant la glace Plombières.
Finish : D’une belle longueur, elle est sèche et très chaleureuse. Une touche acidulée nous rappelle la fraîcheur d’un jus d’orange venant harmonieusement compléter les notes gourmandes déjà perçues en bouche.
