A unique heritage of Demerara

This rum comes from the mythical Demerara region of Guyana, renowned for its English-style rums. It was distilled in a Versailles pot-still, a historic Greenhart wooden still , before being aged in an old bourbon barrel. After 15 years of maturation in Europe, it is bottled without filtration or coloring, thus retaining all its authenticity.

A rich and balanced tasting

On the nose, fruity and buttery aromas intertwine with herbaceous and toasted nut notes. On the palate, the experience is both powerful and silky, alternating between fruit, woodiness and spices, with a subtle metallic touch reminiscent of cherry stone. The jammy and slightly smoky finish leaves a lingering and tasty imprint, making this rum a real nugget for Demerara lovers.

Nose : Pomme verte, une pointe soufré marqué par une belle fraicheur, menthol, bonbonmente glacée, thé vert, les épices sont la mais n’écrase pas tout. Cannelle, Banane muscade,poivre noir de Jamaïque.

Palate : Jaffa cake (génoise, marmelade d’orange) belle impression de pureté et desincéritée, quetsche (nature & distillée) et la banane est à peine mure.

Finish : Asséchante elle s’éteint sur une amertume boisée plutôt classe.
