Rum Sponge took a 2005 cask and a 2007 cask to blend them and then bottle them at 57.1%. Both casks spent 11 years maturing tropically in Barbados, before being transferred to the continental climates of Europe, and the mark for both is MBFS. It tastes like pineapple and coconut.
