This Foundations Edition Barrel 597 version, taken from a single selected cask, has been aged in the iconic H warehouse of the Buffalo Trace distillery. This building, with its corrugated iron walls, plays an essential role in intensifying the exchange between wood and spirits, thus promoting dynamic ageing. Bottled in 2024, this confidential batch has only 220 bottles.
