Its Colombian molasses is fermented for a week at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, thanks to yeasts from the Montpellier laboratory, guaranteeing a unique aromatic richness. Distilled in a Charente pot still, this rum is matured for six months in stainless steel tanks, revealing perfect purity and balance. This edition reflects the know-how of Rosemont and the audacity of the selection of the Famille Ricci.

Morgan Ricci tells the story of this rum: a memorable meeting with Lilion at trade shows, followed by a friendship strengthened by a trip to Italy.
