Our tasting notes for Exotic Cognac 4.3 Paul Giraud

Nose : Fruits exotiques et bois précieux. Mangoustan, papaye et de la mangue pas tout à fait mûre. Bonbon Arlequin et cette odeur si réjouissante d'une boîte de crayons de couleur que l'on vient de déballer.

Palate : Démarre un poil mollement sur le crémeux acidulé du mangoustan. Puis la vague exotique explose, immensément satisfaisante. Sorbet mangue passion à gogo. Douceur fruitée et acidulée des Pisang Susu. Je meurs et je monte au ciel ! Vite ! Une autre gorgée !

Finish : De bonne tenue, elle s'évanouit sur une fine amertume végétale plutôt classe et sur une grosse bouffée de fraîcheur mentholée. Au travail.
