Ron Barceló, founded in 1930 in San Pedro de Macorís in the Dominican Republic, is one of the best-selling rum brands in the world. Gran Añejo is a blend of rums aged in American white oak barrels, then refined in barrels that have contained Oloroso sherry for extra roundness and complexity.

The nose is soft and engaging: vanilla, caramel, dried fruit, honey and toasted oak. The palate is round and silky, with flavors of toffee, hazelnut, candied orange and sweet spices.
