A white rum of rare intensity

Reduced to 57°, this rum was presented at the Rhum Fest Paris 2022 alongside three other emblematic selections. Its profile, both raw and expressive, moves away from classic standards to highlight the richness of high ester rums.

An explosive and monolithic nose

From the opening, intense notes of solvents are reminiscent of the most expressive Jamaican rums. With aeration, these aromas evolve towards touches of pear and oxidized apple, with a subtle hint of vinegar.

A powerful and structured palate

On the palate, the solvent dominates but gradually declines in pear, green apple, blackcurrant and blackberry. The reduction provides a greasy and enveloping texture, slightly softening the aromatic intensity.

A persistent and singular finish

The finish extends the experience with nuances of cooked sugar, accompanied by notes of solvent and geranium, which stretch long in the mouth.
