Higher in alcohol than the usual versions, it is exceptionally rich on the palate. It is also one of the most popular eaux-de-vie in Capovilla .

All bottles of eaux-de-vie from Capovilla are first laced, then waxed and finally sealed entirely by hand, reflecting the care taken at all stages of production. The handwritten label shows the type of fruit, the year of harvest and the number of each bottle. A real work of goldsmith.
