The South Pacific Distillery, located in Lautoka, began production in 1980, leveraging the local sugar industry to create rums with character. Using stills and a three-tiered column, it produces unique rums like this 2004 vintage, which combines tradition and modernity.

This rum has benefited from 12 years of maturation in a tropical climate, accentuating its rich and complex aromas. On the palate, it reveals typical notes of Fijian rums: intense flavours of exotic fruits, a hint of spices and an elegant woody touch, the result of careful ageing.
