The name "Nautilus" refers to a sea snail, belonging to a rare genus of cephalopods, with a distinctive multi-chambered shell covered in mother-of-pearl. This choice is deliberate due to its association with rarity, complexity, and depth, similar to the unique characteristics of this sea snail. The label is therefore designed in mother-of-pearl, highlighting the elegance of this choice.
About this Caroni
Our Nautilus Caroni is a superb thirty-one-year-old Single Cask Caroni rum, bottled at cask strength (54.1%) and sourced from the famous Caroni distillery, already closed, in Trinidad. This Caroni rum stands out for its high quality and exclusive edition of only 136 bottles. A rum variant that any rum and whisky lover can only dream of!

Trinidad's label was redesigned by none other than Hans Dillesse, an artist known for his work with Karuizawa, Hanyu, and Dornoch Castle.
