Our tasting notes for Gin

Nose : Quelle fraîcheur ! Les écorces d’agrumes mènent la danse, harmonieusement secondées par la puissance aromatique du genièvre. Cédrat, pamplemousse et l’amertume qui va avec, comme croquer dans un pépin de clémentine.

Palate : Beaucoup plus citronnée qu’au nez (citron confit, limoncello, le coté très jaune).

Finish : Elle s’éteint doucement sur cette note florale. Laisse la bouche propre et fraîche, prête pour une nouvelle gorgée.
