Made from a rare sugar cane grown under the sun of Hyères-les-Palmiers (in Metropolitan France), this rum reveals the passion of its creator, Kévin Toussaint. Imagine the wine press of the Drôme gently releasing the sweet juice, the long and meticulous fermentation of 11 days, and the artisanal distillation in Aubagne. Each sip is a story, a mixture of herbaceous, roasted notes and a surprising hint of iodine.

This is the 2nd harvest, the first was in 2021. Unlike this previous harvest, this rum gains 4% alcohol.
