Meticulous assembly

Created by Guillaume Ferroni, this amber is the result of a clever blend of pure and traditional rums from three exceptional terroirs. After a first partial ageing in their respective distilleries, the eaux-de-vie are brought together in Marseille, where they spend 12 months in cognac barrels before finishing for 6 months in Rasteau barrels. This last step gives this rum a beautiful roundness as well as its subtle pink hue.

A rich and structured aromatic profile

Its pale amber colour with pink reflections announces a nose where soft wood, orange and caramel mingle, accompanied by a touch of almond and gourmet notes reminiscent of candy. On the palate, the candied cherry provided by the Rasteau barrel finish is fully expressed, balanced by a delicate woodiness. The finish, long and dry, reveals peppery nuances and a subtle hint of gunpowder.
