The main idea of this rum
Wonderful complex with a taste of hard caramel with honey, oak spices and raisins that demonstrate the complexity of the aging process in the sun
Nose
A gentle start that envelops the complexity of the glass; sweet aromas of caramel, vanilla, cocoa and hard caramel, combined with flavour thicknesses indicative of the solar ageing of the different barrels; notes of caramelized cherries, Brazil nuts and toasted hazelnuts with the fine note of soft caramel and bananas.
Palate
Wonderful, generous and full-bodied complex with a sweet density of honey, typical of an aged spirit. A great depth of aromas of grapes and dried apricots combined with a tasty and intense note of oak, nutmeg, leather and tobacco. We also have in this 23-year-old Solera RumZacapadelicate notes of coffee and vanilla. The balance between a spicy touch of cinnamon and ginger on a pleasant finish in the mouth.
