Exceptional distillation and continental ageing

Derived from the mythical "Versailles" simple wooden column, formerly at the Enmore distillery and then transferred to Diamond Distillery, the Nobilis Rum - Guyana 2014 REV N°51 - 11 years old is a rum of rare complexity. Distilled in 2014, it has been aged entirely in Europe for 11 years, offering a continental interpretation of the Guyanese grands crus. This unique cask, identified REV, was bottled especially for the German Rum Festival 2025, with a distinctive presentation: green, elegant and modern box and label.

Flavour profile

This rum reveals a nose marked by dark aromas of liquorice and chocolate. On the palate, it develops a woody structure, both complex and slightly bitter, which prolongs the sensory experience with intensity and balance.
