The Guyana Enmore (Versailles pot still) is a very good rum aged 28 years. This rum comes from the Enmore distillery in British Guiana. This distillery was founded in the 19th century, it is now owned by Demerara Distillers Limited. The Guyana Enmore is racked at its natural strength of 54.9% and has been distilled with the famous wooden still "Versailles."
