An exceptional Caribbean blend

Made from a clever blend of rums, cane juice and molasses, Boukman Rum Cuvée Ambrée brings together the richness of several emblematic Caribbean terroirs. Made without the addition of caramel, colouring or artificial flavouring, it stands out for its authenticity. Each origin – Haiti, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Martinique – brings its own dimension to this blend, reinforced by the Martinique "great aroma" style, renowned for its fermenting power. The rum has 8 grams of sugar per liter of alcohol, for a harmonious balance between richness and freshness.

Tasting notes

On the nose, the aromas of tropical fruits explode: dried banana, pineapple, vanilla and fresh herbs intertwine, enhanced with spices and woody nuances. The palate is silky, dominated by mango, fresh cane and coconut, supported by a spicy structure. The long finish reveals honey, almond, dark chocolate and minerality, prolonging a tasting of rare complexity.
