This rum is the result of a short fermentation of 2 to 3 days, followed by double column distillation and Greg Pot Still. Aged for 4 years in the tropical climate and 1 year in Europe, it develops a unique aromatic richness. With 27% angel share, each bottle captures the essence of aging in bourbon barrels.
