The Old Brothers - WIRD 2018 Blended Rum Mellow Proof is the result of a meticulous and artisanal process. This rum is the result of a short fermentation of 2 to 3 days, followed by column distillation and Greg Pot Still. Aged for 4 years in a tropical climate and 1 year in Europe, this rum captures the essence of aging in bourbon barrels, with 27% angel share. Produced in only 2185 bottles, this limited edition is a real treasure for rum lovers.

This rum with 46% alcohol is a real ode to greed. On the nose, it stands out with notes of nutmeg and cinnamon, followed by aromas of apricots in clafoutis and a subtle touch of palo santo. Coconut appears in a discreet way, adding an exotic sweetness, while nuances of dulce de leche complete this aromatic profile.
