Distilled in 2015 and aged for 6 years in a single ex-Bourbon barrel n°819, this rum perfectly illustrates Jamaican craftsmanship. The Clarendon distillery, founded in 1949, has been able to combine tradition and modernity, with a double pot still and a distillation column, making it possible to create rums with an intense profile. This vintage comes from Monymusk, the flagship brand of National Rums of Jamaica, a consortium formed in 1985 by the Jamaican government, Demerara Distillers and Maison Ferrand. This singular rum offers a complex sensory journey, while being a rare and sought-after piece by collectors.
