LPCH batch 2 is a blend of 3 distillates from the L ong Pond, Clarendon (Monymusk) and Hampden distilleries, all distilled in pot stills (Charentais still). Each rum is aged on site in bourbon barrels before being blended and reduced to 47.1%.

Our tasting notes for LPCH Jamaican Rum Batch 2

Nose : Une délicate bouffée d’ester précède un profil très fruité. Jackfruit, mandarine, ananas, nectarine, pêche se marient à la perfection à l’olive verte, la coriandre et le céleri branche.

Palate : Plus sage et accessible que le nez, les fruits jaunes s’associent au thé et à la prune salée. L’olive verte, la coriandre et le céleri branche s’intensifie et s’unissent à des notes salines, marines, iodées.
