Aging in two stages

This rum combines the intensity of the Jamaican tropical climate with the refined influence of a maturation in Europe. The Bourbon casks bring woody, vanilla and slightly caramelized notes, while the passage in Ruby Port casks enriches the aromatic profile with fruity and spicy nuances.

An expressive and complex single rum

Distilled in a pot still, this Worthy Park 2013 reveals an intense nose marked by esters typical of Jamaica, accompanied by ripe fruit and a touch of vinousness. On the palate, the balance between the fruity richness and the woody structure develops harmoniously. The long and expressive finish reveals sweet spices and a slight influence of Port.
