Distilled in 2015 in Lluidas Vale (Worthy Park, Jamaica), this rum is the result of a rapid fermentation (about 30 hours) in American oak tanks, followed by distillation in a Forsyth-type still. The distillate was then aged for 4 years on site in Jamaica in first-fill bourbon barrels before being moved to Scotland for a further 3 years. The result: a very beautiful "light" style molasses rum that is both delicate and complex with Jamaican markers at the rendezvous.
