Rest&Be Thankful - XO Caribbean Rum is the result of a blend of carefully selected rums in Jamaica and Guyana, two emblematic terroirs with distinct aromatic profiles. This extra-aged rum (XO) benefits from prolonged aging in barrels, allowing optimal maturation of the aromas. Its production highlights the richness of traditional distillation methods, combining power, complexity and elegance.
Tasting notes
This rum reveals intense notes of banana and fresh pineapple, supported by hints of caramel and coffee. The palate is generous, both fruity and greedy, offering a beautiful length and a warm finish, typical of the great rums of the British tradition.
