Our tasting notes for Rum 76.8 Brut de colonne Bielle x Bar le 1802 Monte Cristo

Nose : En premier vient la gourmandise du sucre de canne, suivie du citron vert, pour un ti punch à l’état pur.Apparaissent ensuite des notes terreuses et de racines, mêlées à de jolies notes salines.

Palate : Sucré-salé, délicieusement acidulés, elle est diaboliquement savoureuse. Le citron vert le dispute aux notes végétales, canne fraîche, radis noir, terre humide, voilà une vraie promenade dans les champs de cannes. Quelle opulence !

Finish : Immensément satisfaisante, elle est douce, sapide et semble ne jamais vouloir s’éteindre.
