This exceptional cuvée highlights an extra old rum vintage 2015, aged in oak barrels from the Chantilly forest. These casks benefit from a specific toasting, enhancing the aromatic essence of the wood and creating a symphony of remarkable flavours. The sandy and limestone soils give a unique aromatic signature to this rum, which stands out for its depth and complexity.

Tasting Notes

The intense and captivating nose opens with gourmet notes of candied fruit, prunes in alcohol and stewed apricot. With aeration, the aromas of freshly roasted cocoa and blond tobacco emerge, enhanced by a smoky touch. On the palate, this cuvée reveals an exceptional richness, perfect for tasting alone or compared to the "Montpensier" cuvée.
