L'Habitation Saint-Étienne has been a key player in Martinique rum since the nineteenth century. Transformed into a distillery in 1882 by Amédée Aubéry, it has survived the ages and preserved its heritage. Today, although production has been moved to the Rhumerie du Simon, the ageing and ageing of the brand's emblematic vintages still takes place on the historic site. Distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2002, HSE Cuvée de l'an 2000 is an agricultural white rum that embodies the purity and authenticity of the Martinique terroir. Produced from traditional Creole columns, it retains all the freshness and aromatic intensity of sugar cane. This unique vintage offers a remarkable sensory experience, perfect to be enjoyed neat or as a base for refined cocktails.
