An exceptional rum made from the blue cane

The blue cane owes its name to the wax that covers its stems, giving it a bluish hue. Grown on water-rich soils, it is appreciated for its high sugar concentration and early ripeness. The House of Dillon, anxious to preserve its identity, extracts a rum of remarkable purity.

A fresh and complex tasting

Its crystalline appearance precedes a nose mixing floral and vegetal notes, with touches of lime and mint, before a subtly peppery finish. On the palate, the natural sweetness of the cane is balanced with a slight citrus bitterness. Flavours of honey and fresh mint blend harmoniously with mineral and spicy nuances. The long and refreshing finish leaves an elegant and persistent imprint.
