Presentation of this Cask Collection Porto

Produced in the heart of the cellars of the Habitation Clément in Martinique, the Clément - Cask Collection Porto - 4 years old is a Single Cask agricultural rum, cask strength, from a double ageing. It first rests for four years in American oak barrels that have contained Bourbon, before being finished for twelve months in ex-Port barrels, carefully selected in the Douro Valley in Portugal. This meticulous process, led by cellar master Julien Thimon, aims to enrich the rum's profile by exploiting the specific characteristics of each type of wood and their previous content.

Limited Edition

Offered in a limited edition of only 287 bottles, this cuvée reveals a rare and distinctive expression of Martinique agricultural rum. The Port cask finish gives it a spicy roundness that sublimates the initial structure of the rum, for a singular result with a strong personality.
