The House La Mauny and its art of blending

Faithful to tradition while allowing itself to innovate, Maison La Mauny unveils with the Cellar Master's Signature cuvée a refined interpretation of old agricultural rum. The Cellar Master has carefully orchestrated a blend of eaux-de-vie aged in Bourbon, Cognac, Port and Moscatel barrels, revealing a profile of great complexity.

Character and aromatic expression

Aging in Cognac barrels brings woody and jammy notes, while Bourbon barrels deliver mineral and vanilla nuances. The finishes in Port and Moscatel barrels enrich the palate with a fruity and delicately sweet roundness, mixing red fruits, pear and fig. Presented in an elegant gift box with two glasses, this rum celebrates the La Mauny House's craftsmanship and passion for excellence.

Located in Rivière Pilote (Martinique) since 1749, the La Mauny distillery owes its name to Count Ferdinand Poulain, Count of Mauny who landed in Martinique at the beginning of the 18th century.
