For this Catch 8, the choice fell on a 2021 vintage rum from the Le Galion distillery, in Martinique, aged in a refill barrel and then bottled without reduction, at its natural strength.

Its bottling of 59.1% preserves all its aromatic richness and prolongs the finish.
