The challenge is raised and well rise. He borrows his aging technique from Cognac and uses white oak barrels from Limousin for the aging of the rum. In 1924, Bally identifies his first vintage. The vintage rum that we offer here is the second one from all the Bally’s history, a myth. The Bally rum 1929 has a dark wood color with red and gold hints who invite you to a degustation of a large range of aromas. On the palate, the oak explodes leaving note of spice and dry fruits. The final in mouth is infinite with a breathtaking softness. A Rum over 80 years for collector or lover.
