The maturation time has also been extended so that this white rum can preserve its voluptuous expression and the richness of its aromas.

On the design side, the emblematic bottle of the distillery of the North of Martinique has been reviewed, indeed, the plants and flowers present on the boutielles are those listed on the site of the distillery of Fonds-Préville, in Macouba. Alocasia, Alpinia, Heliconia, to name but a few, are typical varieties of Martinique that can be seen during a visit to the site.

This effort in the selection thus guarantees the authenticity of the design. Thanks to these two aspects, the "J.M Jungle Macouba" edition allows a total immersion in the environment of the J.M. distillery.

Rhum J.M

Located in the north of the island of Martinique and at the foot of Mount Pelée, the Rhumerie J.M distills and raises old J.M. rums. It was in 1914 that Jean-Marie Martin, who gave his name to JM rums, sold the property to Gustave Crassous de Médeuil.
