Bitters J.M Atoumo flower
Once the plants have been harvested, they are macerated for several weeks. Once the maceration is complete, the whole is left to rest, stirred, then reduced with an infusion of the same vegetable matter in water and completed with the addition of J.M. cane syrup.
What is this bitter made of? It is a maceration of Atoumo flowers, Moringa flowers, fresh lemongrass and Kythira plums.

Nose : le parfum des fleurs d’Atoumo s’exprime dès le premier nez, accompagné de la fraicheur de la citronnelle et des prunes de Cythère. en fond de verre, le végétal des zestes de pamplemousse se perçoivent, laissant présager une certaine amertume en bouche.
Palate : Le parfum et la fraicheur des fleurs d’Atoumo sont présents dès la mise en bouche. L’amertume des zestes de pamplemousse prennent ensuite le dessus, s’harmonisant parfaitement aux parfums floraux et à la sucrosité de ce bitter.
Finish : plutôt longue sur la fraicheur des fleurs et l’amertume des zestes.
