This unique cask from Neisson 1997 has given rise to a complex rum with olfactory notes of chocolate, spice and cocoa. Very round on the palate, it retains this roasted cocoa with a long aromatic persistence and a nutty note on the finish. 1947 - 70th anniversary Velier - 2017 Harvest and distillation: 1997
