An exceptional heritage

Founded on the former Habitation Lajus, the Bally brand owes its fame to Jacques Bally, a pioneer in the aging of rum in Martinique in the 1930s. His approach, inspired by Charente methods, has given birth to mythical cuvées and an emblematic pyramidal bottle.

A rare and coveted vintage

Distilled in 1998 and aged with care, this rum reveals a deep amber colour with ruby reflections. Its maturation gives it an intense and balanced aromatic palette.

Tasting notes

Nose: Rich and complex, marked by woody and toasted notes, accompanied by a warm base of spices and blond tobacco. Mouth: Ample and elegant, it opens with dried and stewed fruit, sublimated by vanilla and toasted aromas. Final: Long and refined, it prolongs the experience with a subtle woody and spicy imprint.
