White Neisson at its most beautiful

The Neissondistillery, the smallest rum factory in Martinique, is unanimously praised for the quality of its white rums. The cane juice, from the plots of the family estate at the foot of Mount Pelée, is fermented for 5 days with the house's own yeast strains, then distilled in the mythical copper Savalle column. The distillate is then slowly aerated and reduced before bottling.

Power and finesse at 55°

At 55% ABV, this tasting white reveals a remarkable aromatic intensity. The nose explodes with notes of fresh cane, aromatic herbs and lively citrus. On the palate, power blends with a surprising roundness, carried by vegetal, peppery and slightly iodized aromas. The long and mouthwatering finish confirms the Neisson recognizable signature. In 1-liter format, this limited edition will delight ti-punch enthusiasts as well as demanding tasters.
