The whisky produced by Kilchoman (Islay Island Distillery Farm) is a peated and iodized single malt . The barrels that contained it were impregnated with these aromas. The 4-month maturation will give its old rum a new aromatic dimension while preserving the HSE DNA.

Nose : u nez, les fruits tropicaux sont enveloppés par des notes de tourbe et de tabac.

Palate : La bouche se charge d’épices douces et d’effluves de cigare frais.

Finish : Elle évolue sur les fruits confits. Sa finale est longue et persistante, les notes tourbées reprennent le dessus.
