Neisson White 50° 70cl

North Caribbean coast of Martinique. Communes of Saint-Pierre (60%) and Le Carbet (40%). Strong sunshine and low rainfall (min 1500 mm/year). Very high daily thermal amplitude during Lent (harvest). Poorly developed soils on volcanic pumice (Mount Pelee), with sandy-clay texture.

Varieties of Sugarcane

Blue Cane (B69.566): 60%

Cinnamon cane (B82.0333): 20%
Red Cane (B64.277): 14%
Zikak rod (B80.08): 5%

Blend of selected cuvées produced during the 2012 harvest at 80% and the previous harvest at 20% Maturation and brewing of the wines in stainless steel vats for 6 months on average.

Our tasting notes for

Nose : Nez très intense marqué par des notes florales : canne à sucre, réglisse que vient agréablement compléter une forte présence d’agrume.

Palate : Attaque en bouche emprunte d’une très grande douceur. Corps ample et souple avec des notes sucrées, de miel et d’agrumes.

Finish : Suave & intense
