An exceptional finish

The third edition of the "Finishes of the World" series, this 2007 vintage has benefited from a unique refinement in Bordeaux Grand Cru Classé barrels. Only four casks have been blended for this limited edition of 2100 bottles, guaranteeing incomparable quality and rarity.

A refined aromatic profile

The nose opens with precious woody notes, mixed with vinous and fruity aromas. A light pepper and a smoky touch bring depth. Aeration reveals a greedy roundness where spices and dried fruits intertwine harmoniously with ripe cane and some herbaceous nuances.

An intense and elegant palate

On the palate, HSE's signature oak blends with melted and fruity tannins, offering a fat and enveloping texture. The spices and pepper of the cane exalt the taste buds before a round and gourmet finish, where the vanilla from the American oak barrels prolongs the tasting with finesse.
