Nose : Son nez est intense et puissant sur des notes de confiture de figues, de pâtes de fruits exotiques et de zestes d’orange confites enrobées de chocolat noir.
Palate : L’attaque en bouche est complexe, élégante et de caractère sur un parfait équilibre entre les notes fruitées du nez et les épices subtiles (vanille, cannelle, muscade).
Finish : La finale est persistante sur des notes de tabac blond.
Rhum J.M
Located in the north of the island of Martinique and at the foot of Mount Pelée, the Rhumerie J.M distills and raises old J.M. rums. It was in 1914 that Jean-Marie Martin, who gave his name to JM rums, sold the property to Gustave Crassous de Médeuil.
